The doctor's are undecided as to whether I have MS or not...
Is this a symptom of MS?

Bunjee Jumping and MS

Postby notmealone on Tue Jun 10, 2008 8:39 am

I've diagnosed with MS last year (Started with Lhermitte's Sign) after a course of methylprednisolone I'm symptom-free for about 10 months. I want to jump from a 40 meter bunjee. But before that I want to know the risks.
Is this very dangerous for me? Does it increase the risk of another attack?
Is there any previous cases of relapse due to jumping stress?
Thank you so much in advance.

Any kind of stress could theoretically be associated with a MS exacerbation.
As far as I know there is no known specific risk of Bunjee jumping in MS patients.

The potential risk should be considered if the jumping would be particularly stressful for the specific patient.
