I feel as if my brain is in a fog and find it hard to concentrate

Please describe everything you felt before passing out and how you looked to others when you passed out?
Were you anxious / short of breath / palpitations / tingling or numbness?

My peripheral vision went black, just like when you faint. They said I turned pretty white, and my eyes rolled back in my head and I fell back, hitting my head on the wall. No palpitations. No tingling/numbness that I can remember.

Although marijuana has been shown to cause brain damage in the long-term, this is unlikely given the few times you have tried it.

It seems likely that you just fainted due to drop in BP (vasovagal syncope) and or had a panic attack.

Both are not uncommon with marijuana smoking especially in those not used to it.
I can direct you to relevant articles if you would like....meanwhile this may interest you:-
