Brain Fog

Brain FogI've been experiencing a lot of clouded thinking lately. My brain won't even allow me to perform simple basic functions sometimes, but it comes and goes. Almost like there's no permanent damage, but as if there's some kind of toxins getting into my head and not allowing my brain to function properly. I've also got major stomach problems that seem to kind of go hand in hand with my brain fog. When the stomach flares up, the head almost assuredly follows. I have consumed a lot of alcohol over the years, but no more than any of the people I'm around most of the time. Last time I went in for blood work they said that my b-vitamin levels were down, but I've been taking supplements since then. They said that might have something to do with my brain fog, but I haven't really noticed a vast improvement since taking them. Some days my head is clear as a bell and sometimes I can hardly even go out of the house and function. Although it does seem a lot of the time like my memory is just shot. I try to eat a pretty balanced diet, although I don't exercise very much at all. I just want my brain function and memory to return. I've read a lot of people online say that they have had these feelings for years, I can't live like this with my brain not working the way that it does. I've also read that Candida infections can sometimes cause lapses in brain function, but I have no idea if that's the problem. I've just been reading a lot on the net. I also tested positive for H Pylori and since I believe that the stomach problems kind of "trigger" the brain fog I had no idea if that might have anything to do with it. Any ideas?
