Temperature Related !!!??

I found it really strange. In the summer when i am in the sun outside and suddenly entered into a Air conditioned room and them again go outside, I feel a bad headache and it increases with the time and my eye become red. Is it ordinary to all ?? or am I having a serious problem?
What i can do now? Please help.
