Headaches in general are common.

They are commoner in stressful conditions, where people sleep badly, eat badly or have psychological issues....each person should be dealt with individually and I would advise against explaining the headaches as an effect of the headsets...each sufferer should see their own doctor and be assessed like anyone else!

A friend of mine also worked in a call center and every day he had headache when he finished his work. It was really bad because the headaches got worse. Finally he even had to quit the job because it was so bad. He decided to visit a health specialist in order to check his health and finally it turned out that his eyes caused the headache. Because he was sitting in front of the computer the whole day his eyes were highly stressed.

I definitely agree with you Carol. Most of the agent of call center having headache because of the stress coming from their customer. The fact that not all the customer are good.
