Headache and further problems

My sister is as a normal person speaks normally for a month time. Suddenly she says there is a headache, and she is not responding as usual. she just goes here and there and it seems that she is not in control of herself, then after 7-15 days it becomes normal. But after 20 to 30 days the same problem arises and becomes normal after that. This has happened for past 5 months. Is this type a nuerological disorder. How can this be cured?.
