About metachromatic leukodystrophy

Dear sir,

I am an indian keralite registerd nurse woking in abudhabi, U.A.E. My 5 month old baby boy cannot hold his head till the date.here one pedeatrician advise MRI scan and he tell kid have "metachromatic leukodystrophy"

My babis everything is ok except holding head (only front, back side ok)

Wait gain, feeding, hearing, knowing, swimming, noising, crying everything is ok...

dear doctor please advise me about treatment and managements...
