Need advice, my friend started having seizures

My best friend just told me that she have been getting seizures over this last week when she drinks lots of coffee or smokes lots of weed. She has also been very very stressed out recently and has been eating very little. She says she is going to take better care of herself now and has been eating a lot more (3 meals a day vs 1). She says she also had some seizures 2 years ago when she was also very stressed and not taking good care of herself. One more thing that might be worth
mentioning is that she was abused when she was young and had a memory come back to her during a seizure this week. Oh and she's 21. I don't know anything about seizures except for the little Ive read on the internet today. What do you think is causing her seizures and how do you stop them from happening? Does she need to see a doctor (she doesn't want to) and will they put her on drugs if she does? Any other words of advice? Thanks so much,
